Our vision is a thriving economy in San Antonio that reduces poverty and increases life satisfaction by fostering an inclusive environment where communities thrive through participation in quality employment opportunities in small business ownership and entrepreneurialism. We want to make sure that the right resources are brought together to encourage economic vitality and better quality of life in communities with historically lower rates of business ownership.

Our mission is to proactively reach out to community members who have been underrepresented in decision-making (veterans, minorities, immigrants, women, and formally incarcerated) and ensure that the economic development strategies chosen have broad community support and the potential to generate a more significant transformative impact.
