Note for U.S. Residents

As of 2026, more than 20 U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Minnesota, New Jersey, and others. Most of these laws apply primarily to for-profit businesses, and as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we may fall outside their formal scope. That said, we honor data rights requests from all users regardless of where you live. To submit any privacy request, email info@emergeandrise.org with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. In practice:

  • Event registration records are retained for up to three years to support program reporting, grant compliance, and follow-up communications.

  • Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years.

  • Website analytics data (Google Analytics, Factors.ai) is subject to those services' own retention policies, typically 14 months for aggregated data.

  • Visitor identification data via RB2B is governed by RB2B's retention policy. You can request deletion at app.retention.com/optout.
