Small Business 911 is a program for businesses in the San Antonio area (+5 surrounding counties) facing challenges. Through our quick assessment, we identify your most urgent needs and connect you with mentors, service-based grants, or optional consulting support.
Our goal is to help established small businesses respond to challenges, recover quickly, and grow with confidence.
Who is this program for:
Small Business 911 is designed specifically for established businesses in the San Antonio region. To qualify, your business must be located in San Antonio or one of the five surrounding counties (Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Wilson, Medina, or Kendall), generate at least $100,000 in annual revenue, and employ at least one W-2 employee (not including the owner).
Additionally, sole proprietorships are not eligible. If you meet these criteria, you’re in the right place.

A Limited Opportunity for Deeper Support
The Small Business 911 Service Grant provides one local business with a year of comprehensive support to stabilize, grow, and scale. This is a service-based grant (not cash) designed to deliver high-value expertise and community connections that most small businesses can’t access on their own. We would accept only four businesses per year (one business per quarter).

12 Hours of Consulting (1 hour/month)
